How to place an order in FleetNow.
The V4 order page offers two ways to create orders before checkout: add packages one by one, or import many with Batch.
Add packages one by one
Use Add Package when you want to enter and confirm each delivery individually.
Enter the route
Add the sender and recipient names, contact details, addresses, unit numbers, and buzzer codes. Saved addresses can be selected from the Address Book.
Choose the pickup window
After the sender postal code is validated, choose an available pickup date and pickup time window.
Choose the delivery window
After pickup is selected, choose the available delivery date and delivery time window for that package.
Describe the shipment
Select package type, size and weight, quantity, tip, delivery notes, and any added service. COD can be enabled when required.
Confirm, review, and pay
Confirm the package, add another if needed, and review quantity, subtotal, tax, tip, and total. FleetNow validates the order before payment.
What happens after you place the order.
Once submitted, every handoff follows one controlled chain from the selected pickup window to the recipient.
